If you want a taste of Asia…then check out my Teriyaki &  Honey Chicken Wings…seasoned and left to marinate for over 24hrs…roasted till golden brown…and sticky…and served up with Egg fried rice…

This dish is so simple…but so tasty…and if you can allow the wings to marinate for 24…hours you will fall in love every time you…make these…(marinate for at least 6-8 hours).

To make the marinade…you will need…Dark Soy sauce…fish sauce…Teriyaki Marinade…Chilli flakes…and Honey…

image

Place your chicken wings into a bowl…and add…2 tablespoons of honey…1 tablespoon of chilli flakes…1 tablespoon of fish sauce…3 tablespoons of soy…and 3 tablespoons of Teriyaki…

Mix everything together…cover the bowl…and place into the fridge…for 24 hours….

After 24 hours place the chicken wings into a baking tray…Preheat the oven at 200 degrees…and reduce to 180 degrees before putting the wings in…

image

Roast in the oven at 180 degrees…for 55mins or until sticky…and golden brown…

image

Make sure turn the wings in the oven to ensure they roast evenly…

These were so succulent…sticky and sweet from the honey…spicy from the chilli…and depth of flavour from the Teriyaki…
